Expensive at full price. Go hunt down a discounted color you don't love.
I've never paid sticker for BOB. Wait for sales, and pick the ugly color — saves real money for a stroller that's identical except for what your eyes do.

- Single or double — which should I buy first?
- Buy for the family you have right now, not the one you might have in three years. Single is a little lighter, narrower, and cheaper to resell. It also is easier to fit in smaller cars if you haven't gotten to a minivan or large SUV stage. If a second kid arrives, you sell the single and upgrade — strollers hold their value well, especially BOB.
- What's the minimum age for a single jogging stroller?
- Same as a double — 6 to 8 months for jogging, when neck strength is reliable. Earlier with a car-seat adapter if you're walking, not running. Check with your doctor if you have questions.
- Can a jogging stroller be my everyday stroller?
- Yes, it absolutely can be. I have always preferred our jogging strollers since they could more easily adapt to my height. Even at six feet tall, my BabyJogger stroller was too low and never comfortable for me. My wife likes the BabyJogger though so I would say it also depends on your significant other as well as budget, of course!
- Are 'jogger' strollers different from real jogging strollers?
- Yes. Real ones have three air-filled tires, a fixed or lockable front wheel, and a wrist strap. If the front wheel only swivels, it's a stroller that allows light jogging — fine for a 10-minute trot, not for a real run. Sure, any stroller can be a jogging stroller, but buying one purpose-built makes it more enjoyable for you and baby.
